Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by providing an article-receiving member with a rotary plate driving member which can advance and retreat between an operation position and a retraction position and can engages a rotary plate of an article stopper driving device at the operation position. SOLUTION: When the article-receiving member 14 comes close to a target article rack 1 and starts reducing the speed, a solenoid 15 facing the target article rack 1 operates to move a piston 15a back, and a pin 17 moves from the retraction position to the operation position to project to the target article rack 1. The article receiving-member 14 moves further down, and the pin 17 abuts against one of blades of the rotary plate 13 of the article topper driving device B to rotate the rotary plate 13 around an axis X3. Therefore, the solenoid 15 which drives the pin 17 is only fitted to the article-receiving member 14, and each article stopper A need not be fitted with the driving solenoid. The number of solenoids is smaller than that in a carrying-out mechanism equipped with a conventional seesaw-type article stopper, and the manufacturing price is reduced.
