Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively control the vibration of a boom corresponding to the boom derricking angle, to realize the working characateristic free from delay, without using an additional controller, and to keep the safety in the vibration control device. SOLUTION: In a high lift work vehicle in which a swivel base 1 is installed on a car body swivelably by a hydraulic actuator 2, a boom 3 is installed on the swivel base in such manner that it can be expanded and derricked, and a working bench 5 is installed on a pointed end of the boom 3, an acceleration detector 6 is installed on the pointed end of the boom 3, and a boom length detector 8 and a boom angle detector 7 are installed on the suitable parts of the boom 3, so that the boom pivot direction vibration angle acceleration θis computed on the basis of the signals from these detectors 6, 7, 8, and the swivelling operation of the boom 3 is controlled by feeding the boom pivot direction vibrating angle acceleration θas a feedback signal θFB, back to a boom angle speed command signal θCOM to the hydraulic actuator.
