Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locally keep strength and sealing property only around a communication hole for fluid passage even with the thin thickness of a tank itself. SOLUTION: A washer 26 having an outer appearance size larger than that of the opposite side of a step push part 22 is inserted into a tip end 25 of a nipple 23 possessing a screw part at the center thereof fitted into the step push part 22 of an oil pan 21 from the recessed side viewed from the inside of the oil pan 21, and these members are caulked from the outside. Once strong rotary torque is applied to the nipple 23, for example the screw part, a flat plane part of the step push part 22 is likely to be pulled in by the nipple tip end 25 which is prevented by the washer 26 to increase breakdown torque. |
