Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change pressurizing fuel into turning fuel without loss, and obtain a good atomization characteristic by forming an outer shape viewed from the axial direction of a guide element for guiding a valve element for opening/ closing a fuel passage between a valve seat and the valve element in a polygonal shape. SOLUTION: An injection valve 1, a magnetic circuit consists of a core 2, a yoke 3, a plunger 4 by an ON signal applied on an electromagnetic coil 15, the plunger 4 is sucked to the core 2 side, and thereby, a ball valve 6 is separated from the seat surface of the valve seat 9 so as to inject fuel opening a fuel injection hole 8. At this time, fuel flows into a solenoid valve assembly by a flow-in passage 26, and supplied to a fuel turning element 37 through the lower passage 23 of a coil assembly 16, and the clearance passage of the outer peripheral side of the plunger 4. A fuel turning element 37 composing a valve guide 7 and a valve guide assembly is provided with an axial direction groove 49 separated by forming an outer shape viewed from an axial direction in a polygonal shape, and a diameter direction groove 50 communicated with the axial direction groove 49, and turning flow is applied on fuel so as to atomize fuel.
