Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn heating fuel without loss, and obtain good atomizing characteristic by forming a fuel passage by an axial direction passage and a contracting passage connected to the downstream side of the passage, in an electromagnetic fuel injection valve provided with a plurality of fuel passage for applying turning force to fuel to be supplied. SOLUTION: In an injection valve 1, a magnetic circuit consists of a core 2, a yoke 3, a plunger 4 by an ON signal applied to an electromagnetic coil 15, the plunger 4 is absorbed to the core 2 side, a ball valve 6 is separated from the seat surface of the valve seat 9 of a valve guide 7, and a fuel injection hole 8 is opened so s to inject fuel. At this time, fuel flows from a flow-in passage 26 into an electromagnetic solenoid assembly, and supplied to a fuel turning element 37 through the clearance passage of the lower passage 23 of the coil assembly 16, the outer peripheral side of the plunger 4, and the like. In the fuel turning element 37, turning flow is generated when it flows from an axial direction groove 49 and a diameter direction groove 50 communicated therewith toward the seat surface of the valve seat 9.
