Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make separation of a filing tool from a binder main body, and its recycling and disposal easy by a method wherein the filing tool filing various kinds of document or the like is attached freely separably in used time via an appropriate separating means inside a back plate of the binder main body formed of paper, a synthetic resin, and both of them. SOLUTION: A filing tool 3 filing various kinds of documents or the like is attached freely separably after usage via a separating means 4 inside a back plate 2 of a binder main body 1 formed of paper, a synthetic resin, and both of them. For the separating means 4 of the filing tool 3, a rod material is inserted from respective punching holes 16 to a back plate 2 of a binder main body 1 respectively corresponding to a larger diameter punching hole 16 than a diameter of a pin head of four pieces of stop pins 9 stopping a fitting plate 10 of the filing tool 3, the back plate 2 is punched, and a punched piece 7 moving respective stop pins 9 is, in a freely punching manner, provided via a cutting line surrounding that. The filing tool 3 is formed of a fitting plate 10 to which four stop pins 9 are fitted at appropriate intervals, and an engaging plate 14 fitted freely swingably to the other side end via a coil spring.
