Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain desired dimensional accuracy, good and stable piezoelectric characteristics, high heat-resistant and high mechanical strength when a ceramic material is fired by using solid phase reaction, by applying voltage on a ceramic material heated in a heating process and finishing heating when the fired state of the ceramic material reaches a specified state. SOLUTION: A ceramic material is heated in a heating process while voltage is applied. When the fired state of the ceramic material heated reaches a specified state, heating is finished. AC voltage or DC voltage may be applied. The electric resistance of the ceramic material heated in the heating process is measured, and when the measured electric resistance reaches a specified value, heating is stopped. |
