Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an irradiation region right/left by providing a control means controlling an irradiation region change means based on detection information of a tension degree detection means. SOLUTION: In a light distribution control ECU10, a visual line moving speed Ve is input from an image processor 12, in addition, from a steering angle sensor 13 detecting a steering angle of a steering handle, its detection steering angle is input. In the light distribution control ECU10, based on these visual line moving speed Ve and steering angle Φ, in order to finally obtain a change amount of required irradiation region, that is, an irradiation angle θ, a control signal is output to a motor driver 14, a right/left motor 8, 8 is drive controlled by the motor driver 14. The final control angle θ is changed to be suppressed to an optimum control. speed, so as to change the irradiation region at a smoothed speed, a physical disorder feeling is prevented from being given to a driver.
