PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an information display surface large to accomodate more descriptions of carmunication, explanation and guide on one sheet by using a closed sheet and an open sheet with temporary sticking releasable layers and bonding layers respectively on one face and the other face of a base film and folding the sheet in an elaborated manner. SOLUTION: A temporary sticking releasable layer 2 temporarily stuck by heat pressurizing is formed on one face of a base film 1, while a bonding layer 3 to be bonded not releasably is formed on the other face to form a translucent closed sheet A. The closed sheet A is folded and bonded on one side 1/2 of the surface of a sheet 4, and a transparent or translucent open sheet B formed of a base film with a temporary releasable layer formed on its one face and a bonding layer formed on the other face is bonded on the other side 1/2 of the back of the sheet 4. The sheet 4 is folded into two with the open sheet B facing inwardly, and then folded into two with the closed sheet A facing inwardly, heat pressurized and bonded.
