PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformation preventing body capably of being easily mounted to a sash frame and preventing deformation against strong external force with high durability. SOLUTION: A deformation preventing body is constituted of a deformation preventing member 30 and a reinforced plate 40, the deformation preventing member 30 is provided with an insertion hole 33 in the center section of a main body section 31, an interlocking projection 32 with certain height is formed around the insertion hole 33, an elasticity deferrable one side locking piece 34 and a contact piece 35 are provided to one side, and the other side locking piece 36 forming a curve section is provided to the other side. While, the reinforced plate 40 is constituted of a square hole 41 interlocked with the interlocking projection 32 in the deformation preventing member 30 side and a metal material boring a bolt hole 42 therein. When the deformation preventing member 30 is loaded to a sash frame 10, one side locking piece 34 of the deformation preventing member 30 and the other side locking piece 36 are locked to the sash frame 10 through the reinforced plate 40, and the interlocking projection 32 of the deformation preventing member 30 is interlocked with the square hole 41 of the reinforced plate 40 and is fixed with a mounting screw.
