PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability for opening a hole in a fuel tank by making a positioning member abut on a fuel tank with a fluid cylinder, and moving a hole opening member forward so as to open a hole in the fuel tank. SOLUTION: A device 1 for opening a hole in a fuel tank for vehicle is stood under a fuel tank 2 of a vehicle to be disassembled. When the pressurized air is supplied to an air cylinder 20 through an outlet and inlet 24 for air, one side of the inside of the air cylinder 20 is pressurized, and as a result, a piston 21 is relatively moved inside of the air cylinder 20, and a piston 22 is moved forward, and the air cylinder 20 is moved upward in the vertical direction. Continuously, nitrogen gas is supplied to a positioning member 40 through a flow-in port 43 so as to form the nitrogen gas atmosphere near a tip of a hole opening member 50. When the pressurized air is supplied to the air cylinder 20 through the outlet and inlet 13 for air, a piston rod 12 is moved forward, and the hole opening member 50 is moved upward, and the tip thereof presses the surface of a fuel tank 2 so as to open a hole 3.
