Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing the entanglement of a fishing line on a fishing rod having guides, capable of releasing a fisherman from a difficult work for disentangling the entangled fishing line and unnecessitating the useless reproduction of a broken device, etc., caused by the breakage of the fishing rod or the cutting of the fishing line by tensively disposing a member for preventing the entanglement of the fishing line at the tips of all or a part of the guides. SOLUTION: Ring-shaped guides 2 for inserting and guiding a fishing line 6 are attached to the peripheral surface of a fishing rod 1 at spaces, and a member 4 for preventing the entanglement of the fishing line 6 is tensively disposed at the tips of all or a part of the guides 2. Preferably, small rings are disposed at the tips of all or a part of the guides 2, and a line 4 for preventing the entanglement of the fishing line are inserted into and attached to the small rings.
