Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and simple evaporator capable of evaporating LPG liquid while maintaining performance even in a cold district or in winter. SOLUTION: Two evaporators 4a, 4b are provided in line, a superheater 6 is provided between two evaporators 4a, 4b, a passage for LPG liquid is enabled to be reversed by switching a valve. When one evaporator is frozen, the other evaporator is made into the evaporating process by switching the valve, simultaneously, the superheater 6 is operated, evaporation gas emitted from the other evaporator is superheated and allowed to flow into one evaporator. The superheater 6 is provided in a jacket in which heating media are filled, and the heating media are heated by an electric heater 7. Moreover, a heater is provided downstream from the evaporator positioned downstream, out of two evaporators 4a, 4b.
