Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fine particles from being retained on a bottom face so as to avoid damage of a filtering material and deterioration of dehydrating efficiency by forming on the bottom face of a passage space formed in the filtering material a grade downwardly inclined toward a discharging hole in order to allow the fine particles which have passed through the filtering material to smoothly flow to the discharging hole. SOLUTION: This dewatering apparatus 10 has a plyrality of dehydrating plates 35b freely slidably engaged with a pair of both right and left guide rails by means of hook-shaped suspending fixture provided on both sides of the plates. Each of the dehydrating plates 35b has a filtering plate 40 consisting of a smoewhat coarsely- meshed multuply-perforated plate 40a such as punched metal and the like and a finely meshed plate 40b mounted on front and back sides of a core plate 39, and a square- frame-shaped clearance keeping frame (frame) 41 having a thickness is mounted on a peripheral portion of the front and back sides. A peripheral frame 44 of the core plate 39 has a grade forming portion 44b, which is provided on a lower portion of the frame 44, having a thickness same as that of the peripheral frame 44 and extending above a stepped depression face 45 in an inverted 'V' shape, and a bottom face having a grade downwardly inclined toward a suction hole (discharging hole) 43 is formed by this grade forming portion 44b. |
