PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the interior noise of a vehicle such as noise at acceleration caused from vibration transmitted from a power plant to the vehicle body, by improving a vibro-isolating supporting device for a power plant such as an engine as to have a smaller dynamic spring constant. SOLUTION: A vibro-isolating supporting device comprises a vibrating-side member 1, a vibrated-side member 2, and elastic bodies 4a and 4b and an intermediate plate 3 which are interposed between the members 1 and 2. The intermediate plate 3 is disposed between the vibrating-side member 1 and the vibrated- side member 2 with an interval therebetween. The vibrating-side member 1, the intermediate plate 3 and the vibrated-side member 2 are connected in this order, with the respective elastic members 4a and 4b being interposed therebetween to rotate the intermediate plate 3 around the rotation axis substantially corresponding to the direction in relative displacement of the vibrating-side member 1 and the vibrated-side member 2.
