Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of the control of the jacking direction, and to enhance operating efficiency by a method wherein a pair of receiving coils are unified under the state of juxtaposition, and an angle formed by the axial centers of both coils with a horizontal surface can be changed freely and can be fixed at the arbitrary angle of depression. SOLUTION: A pair of receiving coils 8A, 8B freely receiving electromagnetic waves from a transmitting coil 6 being installed at the front end section of a jacking body 3 and having an axial center along the longitudinal direction of the propulsive body 3 are connected integrally to a frame 7 for fixing while each axial center is directed in the same direction. When the place of a handle mounted on the male screw body 12 of the fixing frame 7 is adjusted and holding strength, in which a pair of projecting sections hold a bearing section from the left and the right, is weakened, the frame 7 for fixing can be rotated to a frame stand 4 for fixing, and an angle of depression formed by crossing each axial center of both receiving coils 8A, 8B with a horizontal surface can be changed freely. When the holding strength is increased, inversely, the frame 7 for fixing can be maintained and fastened at a place, where the required angle of depression is formed. Accordingly, the strength of electromagnetic waves received is adjusted maximally.
