When the determination is affirmative, the printing mode is made to be 'printer', the discharging mode is made to be 'sorter', and the offset amount is made to be the values corresponding to the modes (142). When the determination is negative, the printing mode is made to be 'printer', the discharging mode is made 'mail box', and the offset amount is made to be the values corresponding to the modes (144), and the offset amount is made different for each mode, then discharging paper.
