Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of assembling manhours without increasing the number of part items and improve assembling workability through the omission of confirmation work by fixing a lower edge terminal part of a skin member directly to a base material without using special locking members. SOLUTION: A skin member 17 is joined to a surface on an upper panel part 3 side of a base material 15 made of a resin constituting the body of an instrument panel 1. A step part 29 depressed on the reverse side is provided intermittently in a band manner on the upper edge of a lower panel part 5 corresponding to a lower edge terminal part 17a of the skin member 17 along the lower edge terminal part 17a of the skin member 17. A pressing-down member 31 which presses down and pinches the lower edge terminal part 17a between the step part 29 and itself is integrally molded on the base material at one end of the step part 29 through a thin-wall hinge. The pressing-down member 31 is fixed unmovably by a fixing member 41 with the lower edge terminal part 17a of the skin member 17 being pinched by the pressing-down member 31. |
