SOLUTION: This system is provided with a closed-end outer tank 2 having an inner tank 4 which is placed in the tank leaving the given space between the inner tank and the outer tank and has fine water flowing holes on the wall, a rotating tube 5 having a built-in fibrous spiral wing 8 mounted so that the end of the wing can make a slide contact with the wall of the inner tank, concentrically placed in the inner tank 4 and a discharging mean of the separated raw laver, etc., is placed on the top of the outer tank 2, a discharging pipe 15 of the separated solution is connected to the bottom of the outer tank 5 and a charging pipe of the acid processing solution is connected to the bottom of the inner tank.
