Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having no jamming of wiring by providing a camera head, holding member and 1st, 2nd and 3rd supporting means and constituting the camera head so that an image pickup camera can freely take any attitude toward front, rear, left and right sides. SOLUTION: A head holding member 11 is interposed between a camera head 5 and an arm 3. A supporting means 12 is supported on the arm 3 so that the head holding member 11 can be freely rotated around a Z axis. A supporting means 13 is supported on the head holding member 11 so that the camera head 5 can be freely rotated around an X axis. Thus, the camera head 5 is supported so as to be freely rotated around the X and Z axes. The camera head 5 is supported so as to be freely rotated around the X and Z axes. In this case, supporting means 8, 12 and 13 can be provided with click mechanisms as well.
