Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition improved in decrease in its mechanical strength and heat salability and with developing resin waste deposition during operation for a long time, when incorporated with a large amount of filler. SOLUTION: This polymer composition is obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer with (B) 10-400 pts.wt. of a filler and (C) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a resin waste deposition-proofing agent. The ethylene-α-olefin copolymer has the following characteristics: (a) density is 0.86-0.96g/cm , (b) melt flow rate (MFR) is 0.01-50g/10min, (c) molecular weight distribution (Mw /Mn ) is 1.5-4.5, (d) composition distribution parameter Cb is 1.08-2.00, and (e) the amount X(wt.%) of o-dichlorobenzene(ODCB) solubles at 25 deg.C, the density (d) and the MFR satisfy the following relationships: when (d) -0.008×log MFR>=0.93, X<2.0, and when (d) -0.008×log MFR<0.93, X<9.8×10 ×(0.9300-(d) +0.008×log MFR) +2.0. |
