Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively produce a honeycomb core having high buckling strength by spreading the whole of a laminate obtained through the same material and same process as a trial manufacture object into a honeycomb shape so as to have an execution spreading ratio determined according to the correlation between the spreading ratio and bulking strength preliminarily obtained on the basis of trial manufacture buckling strength. SOLUTION: A part among one group of laminates Ca obtained by the same process is spread as a trial manufacture object Cbt with a predetermined spreading ratio, for example, a spreading ratio of 84% in a laminating direction to be formed into a honeycomb shape. The trial manufacture object Cbt thus obtained is adapted to a buckling test to investigate buckling strength to obtain trial manufacture buckling strength Ft. The relation corresponding to a predetermined change curve is adapted from the trial manufacture buckling strength Ft to determine the execution spreading ratio Rz corresponding to desired buckling strength Fz. The execution spreading ratio Rz thus obtained is employed and all of one group of the laminates Ca obtained through the same material and same process as a remaining trial manufacture object are spread into a honeycomb shape so as to become the spreading ratio Rz to obtain a final product group Cbz having desired buckling strength. |
