Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resilient deformation of a tapered cone and keep a well-balanced state even under a high speed rotation. SOLUTION: A tapered shank 13 of a master sleeve 11 is fitted to a tapered hole 36a of 7/24 taper of a spindle 36, a tapered cone 1 fitted to an outer circumferential surface of a straight shank section 21 arranged at a main body 20 of a slave holder 19 is fitted to a tapered hole 16 of 1/10 taper of the master sleeve 11, wherein three grooves 2 axially slant at an inner circumferential surface are formed in an equal spaced-apart relation, each of the grooves 2 is made wide from a small outer diameter end to a large outer diameter gradually in its width and its depth is made deep and a wall thickness between the groove bottom part and an outer circumferential surface is kept constant, the master sleeve 11 and the slave holder are connected to each other by the fastening means 25, the tapered cone 1 is resiliently deformed in a direction of diameter, the inner and outer circumferential surfaces are press contacted with each of an outer circumferential surface of the shank section 21 and a circumferential surface of the tapered hole 16, respectively.
