Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the angle of a frangible magnet easy to chip when inserting a rotor into a stator, by sufficiently making the cooling of the axial center of the magnet. SOLUTION: A magnet 4 is arranged through an air gap 3 at the inside periphery of the stator 2 fixed to a frame 1, and a rotor center 6 fixed to a shaft 5 is fixed inside the magnet 4. A ring 7 is attached to the end faces of the magnet 4 and the rotor center 6. A spiral groove 9 which shifts the air 8 in the air gap 3 and whose spiral direction is the same as it is made around the ring 7 which has the nearly same diameter as that of the magnet 4. Only either one of the spiral groove 9 or the ring 7 will do, and the spiral groove 9 can be made by the cutting processing using a lathe, or the casting. |
