PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision preventing device whereby the future positions of an own aircraft and other aircrafts are easily given and the a collision is easily avoided and an interval are easily secured. SOLUTION: The collision preventing device 1 is constituted by adding a self-aircraft present position detecting device 2 detecting present position information of the self aircraft, an arithmetic device 3 calculating future position information from present position information of the self aircraft, a communication means 4 transmitting present position information and future position information of the self aircraft and receiving present position information and future position information of another aircraft and a display device 5 displaying these pieces of information. The arithmetic device 3 displays that a state is the conflicting one in the display device 5 when the interval between the self-aircraft future position and the another aircraft future position is less than prescribed distance.
