Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and facilitate desirable tight binding and the releasing of this implement between the assembling parts of supporting bamboos for agriculture. SOLUTION: This implement is constituted of hook parts 1 formed from a rigid material in order to hook to the supporting bamboo and a belt part 2 fix-mounting this hook part 1 to right and left tip parts, made of an elastic and non-slipping material and provided with prescribed length, width and thickness. Then hook part 1 on one side is hooked to a supporting bamboo and fixed to tight-bond between the assembling parts of the supporting bamboo by means of the belt part 2 and the other hook part 1 is hooked to a supporting bamboo to maintain this tight-bonding state. This tight-bonding state is immediately released by removing the hook part 1 of one side from the supporting bamboo.
