Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the complexity and troublesomeness of a processing and to execute a high-grade multi-media processing through a network by providing an application programming interface for dealing with a stream processing function. SOLUTION: A client application 11 uses stream data which is supplied from a source supply module 21 with a virtual stream object 30. The substance of stream data is the one transferred from the source supply module 21 to a sink module 12 by way of the complicated procedure of a system level and the one for indicating a state where dealing is executed like the stream object supposed to be one from the client application 11. The virtual stream object 30 is constituted of a streamed descriptor module 31, a feeder module 32 and a receiver module 33.
