Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film consisting of amorphous cyclic olefin copolymer having small unevenness in its thickness and capable of being film-formed without the use of a solvent. SOLUTION: The film has a thickness of 25μm or less and consists of biaxial orientation amorphous cyclic olefin copolymer that satisfies a formula of |a-b|/(A-B)<=0.1 in difference between the tensile destruction elongation A and the tensile destruction elongation B normal to its direction. The film formed in this manner is obtained that a sheet consisting of amorphous cyclic olefin copolymer and a sheet consisting of crystal resin being in an amorphous state are superimposed directly or via a thin film-interposed layer having a thickness of 20μm, and layers are closely adhered with each other in mutual relation to then be subjected to a biaxial orientation at a glass transit temperature or higher of amorphous cyclic olefin copolymer and a crystal melting point or lower of crystal resin, and the crystal resin sheet is separated therefrom as required. |
