Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly and rationally operate a system by allowing a stamp card to store the number of accumulated present points by each store and the number of the total accumulated points at all the stores. SOLUTION: When a customer inserts the stamp card 3 in a device main body 2 at the time of paying a shopping charge, the number of the accumulated points to the last time at this store and the total number of the accumulated points to the last time at all the stores which are stored in its storing part 3c are read out by a reading means 8 to be temporarily stored. When the customer's purchasing amount is inputted from an input means 4, the purchasing amount is converted to the number of points by a central processing unit 5. Then the number of the converted points are added to the number of the accumulated points to the last time at this store and the total number of the accumulated points to the last time at all the stores and the numbers of the respective total points are stored in a storing part 3C in the card 3 by a storing means 7. Then, the mark of a number based on the number of the points are printed on the notation part 3a of the card 3 by a printing means 6 and returned to the customer.
