Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power permitting a state monitor part to monitor the operation state of a software processing part, setting and supplying a clock frequency required for the operation of the software processing. SOLUTION: The state monitor part 11a monitor the starting of the software processing in a main control part 1 and an indication is given to a clock supply part 3 with a clock switching signal 22a so that the frequency of a main control clock 23a supplied when a prescribed function control processing is executed in a main control part 1 to an operation time frequency and the frequency of the main control clock 23a supplied when the prescribed function processing is not executed to a non-communication time frequency. Thus, the main control clock 23a which is set to the operation frequency can be supplied only when the frequency of the main control clock 23a is to be set to the operation time frequency for permitting the main control part 1 to execute the prescribed function control processing in spite of communication time/non-communication time.
