PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce the adhesion between a formed waterproof layer and an asphalt layer by scattering an asphalt granular material on the waterproof layer prior to the construction of a finish pavement with asphalt mix after the construction of the formed waterproof layer on the surface layer of a floor system. SOLUTION: After a waterproof layer formed by applying a synthetic resin, for example, to the surface layer of a floor system is constructed, an asphalt granular material or a composite granular material in which a thermoplastic resin component having substantially the same softening point as the asphalt granular material is preliminarily included in the asphalt granular material is dispersed prior to the construction of a finish pavement with an asphalt mix to construct an asphalt pavement. Thus, the asphalt granular material is fused between the waterproof layer and the asphalt layer to increase the contact area between both the layers, and a sufficient adhesion can be ensured. Thus, the damage of the waterproof layer film by a constructing heavy machine can be prevented, and the adhesion with the asphalt layer constructed on the waterproof layer can be enhanced.
