SOLUTION: In the molding face of the plunger for molding Brown tube glass has built in layers consisting of air layers 102 and copper layers 101 of excellent thermal conductivity laminated to the thickness direction where the copper layer located at the outside and the air layer located inside, and the main body of the plunger and the copper layer 101 are bonded through a diffusion layer where each of ingredients of copper layer and the main body is mutually diffusing.
