Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve the efficiency of discarding treatment work by surely separating track pieces to arbors and rubber bodies at the time of the discarding treatment of the traveling tracks. SOLUTION: The rubber bodies 2 of the track pieces P are clamped with large friction force by lower antislip parts 77 disposed at supporting arms 71 constituting clampers 65 and upper antislip parts 78 disposed at moving arms 74. The respective engaging projections 79 disposed at the respective moving arms 74 are engaged with the inside of the square holes 5 of the track pieces P and the engaging beams 80 disposed between the respective engaging projections 79 are engaged with the flanks of lugs 2A disposed at the rubber bodies 2. As a result, uniform tensile force may be imparted to the rubber bodies 2 of the track pieces P over the wide range thereof while the deformation thereof is suppressed. The sure tearing of the rubber bodies 2 to two along the longitudinal direction of the arbors 3 and the sure sepn. of the track pieces P to the arbors 3 and the rubber bodies 2 are thus made possible.
