Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the working burden on an operator when a transmission pattern is changed by a prolonged sport relay broadcast, etc. SOLUTION: The CM frame of a change frame is preliminarily preset by a VDT(video display terminal) 3 and a transmission pointer is moved to the preset CM frame by responding to the input of a change pulse 60. Thus, if an operator presets the CM frame of the change frame when an operation pattern is changed due to a prolongation, etc., (10 to 15 minites before in a normal case), he can change the transmission pointer by only the depression of a push button 6, and the burden on the operator can be reduced. If the change pulse 60 is outputted from a non-illustrated automatic program controller, the transmission pointer can be automatically moved.
