Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical valve disk which is low in resistance at the time of inserting a tube or guide wire of a catheter, etc., through a tight contact hole into the vital lumen and is capable of preventing the leakage of the body fluid from the vital lumen. SOLUTION: This medical valve disk 1 is formed of a silicone rubber foam to a disk shape and is provided with tight contact hole 2 of a cruciform slit penetrating the front disk surface and rear disk surface of the disk approximately at its center and is provided with a cup-shaped recessed part 3 in order to facilitate the insertion of the front end of the catheter, etc., at the part provided with the hole edge part 4 of the tight contact hole 2 existing on the front disk surface side. This medical insertion assisting implement is formed by inserting the medical valve disk 1 into a hub 13 of an introducer and pressing and fixing the valve disk from the front disk surface by an annular cap 19. |
