Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stationary induction electromagnetic apparatus which is cooled efficiently by installing a cooling fan in a position in which both a radiating fin and a stationary induction electromagnetic apparatus case ban be cooled. SOLUTION: When a voltage is applied to a transformer, heat is generated at a transformer body 6, its temperature is raised, the heat is conducted to an insulating oil 7, and the temperature of the insulating oil 7 is raised. The heat of the insulating oil 7 is circulated by the natural convection of the insulating oil 7, and the heat is dissipated naturally from the surface of a transformer case 5. The heat is collected mainly by a heat collecting plate 3, and it is conducted to a radiating fin 2 by a heat pipe 1 so as to be dissipated by the radiating fin 2. In addition, the radiating fin 2 and the transformer case 5 are cooled forcibly by a wind produced when a cooling fan 4 which is arranged in a position capable of cooling both the radiating fin 2 and the transformer case 5 is operated, and the temperature rise of the transformer body 6 and that of the insulating oil 7 are suppressed. Thereby, the waste of a cooling wind is eliminated, not only the radiating fin 2 but also the transformer case 5 can be cooled, and a stationary induction electromagnetic apparatus can be cooled efficiently.
