Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increasing of turn torque of a valve plug, damaging of an internal mechanism in a valve device and generation of a fluid leak clue to excessively screwing of a pipe. SOLUTION: A device has a groove part 10 formed in a boundary position between a seat retainer use internal thread part 7 and a pipe use internal thread part 8 in an inner circumferential surface of a pipe line P and a C ring 12 engageable with the groove part 10 to prevent a tip end part of a pipe from advancing into the seat retainer use internal thread part 7.
