Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque transmission coupling which suctions twist vibration and keeps rigidity properly against bending in the axial direction due to rational accumulation and combination of raw materials and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In a torque transmission coupling in which a drive shaft and a follow-up shaft are connected mutually through connection holes (bolt holes) 2, 3 which are made of accumulation layers of raw materials 10 and are drilled at 6 equally distanced positions in the peripheral direction, a plurality of raw materials 10 which form a half moon shape across three adjacent connection hole forming parts (bolt hole reinforcing part) 4 are accumulated in such a manner that they have two adjacent connection hole forming parts 4, 4 in common.
