Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-efficient machining of a molded gear and to widely shorten a machining time. SOLUTION: An electrodeposition CBN grinding wheel 13 for rough shaving and an electrodeposition CBN grinding stone 14 for a finish shaving are adjacently attached to a grinding wheel shaft 12. Besides, rough machining by the electrodeposition CBN grinding stone 13 for rough shaving and finish machining by the electrodeposition CBN grinding stone 14 are executed through one full pass without switching operation. High-efficient machining of a work 15 being a molded gear is practicable and a machining time is remarkably shortened.
