Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously measure the electric resistance in the thickness direction of a tubular member without imparing the tubular member. SOLUTION: In a method for molding a thermoplastic resin compsn. into a tubular shape by melt extrusion molding, a hollow support rod 4 is fixed to an annular die 3 in the direction coaxial to the tubular member T and an internal mandrel 5 is provided to the hollow supporting rod 4 and one conductive roller 21 is provided under the internal mandrel 5 in the direction crossing a taking-over direction at a right angle and other conductive roller 21' is supported in opposed relation to the conductive roller 21 and the conductive rollers 21, 21' are brought into contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the extruded tubular member T to measure the electric resistance in the thickness direction of the tubular member T and the measured electric resistance value is used to control an extruder and/or a taking-over machine.
