Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overturning when horizontal vibration due to an earthquake is applied in a perpendicular direction or in a lengthwise direction of a skid. SOLUTION: Thin instrument for preventing overturning is mounted on a horizontal floor 6 with an object 12 to be processed tightened above and extends outward with respect to the object 12 in a perpendicular direction to a lengthwise direction of a skid 5 which has a predetermined length with a space to which a carrier can be locked formed between the floor 6 and the object 12. This instrument is mounted on the skid 5 so that it can face the floor 6 with a distance so that it comes into contact with the floor 6 when the object 12 is tilted perpendicularly in the lengthwise direction of the skid 5 or in a vertical direction to it.
