PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper function at the time of grasping an electronic appliance by a hand without providing a narrow part in the electronic appliance, to improve the operability of an operation key part, to make a display part be easily viewed when the electronic appliance is placed on a table by a single body, to improve the operability of a key part, to shorten the vertical direction length of the electronic appliance and the depth of a mounting stand and to mount the electronic appliance on a prescribed position of the mounting stand by positioning when the electronic appliance is placed on the mounting stand while stability at the time of grasping the electronic appliance by the hand is improved. SOLUTION: A projection 15 is provided near the end on one half side of the back of a main body 11 in longitudinal direction in the electronic appliance 10. A recessed part 45 which has almost the same size as the projection 15 and stores the projection 15 is provided at a part 41 on which the back side of the main body 11 of the electronic appliance 10 on the mounting stand 40 is provided. The main body 11 of the electronic appliance 10 is mounted on the mounting stand 40 by positioning them using the recessed part 45 and the projection 15.
