Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liq. bleaching agent compsn. which exhibits a satisfactorily high bleaching power to hydrophilic and hydrophobic stains, is excellent in storage stability, and does not become cloudy even at low temps. SOLUTION: This compsn. contains hydrogen peroxide, a surfactant, and at least one bleaching activator represented by the general formula (wherein R1 is 1-19C alkyl, etc.; M is H or a cation; and n is 2-10). The compsn. may further contain an arom. carboxylic acid compd. having at least one hydroxyl group.
