Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make plastic parts fittingly fixed through as adhesive to a metal cylinder reusable. SOLUTION: Plastic gears 2 and 3 are respectively fittingly fixed through an adhesive to both the ends of an aluminum cylinder 1b of an electrohotographic photosensitive body 1. By immersing the plastic gear 2 and 3 portions in a cooling medium, the metal and plastic can be separated from each other due to the difference between the thermal expansion coefficient of the metal and that of the plastic. Since the plastic gears 2 and 3 can be removed indefectibly, the plastic gears can be reusable.
