Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect the portable telephone of a resident during absence or the telephone of a visit place with an interphone and to make a conversation between a visitor and the resident when the visitor depresses the switch of the interphone of a house during the absence of the resident. SOLUTION: A presence/absence change-over switch 3 is fitted between an external interphone 2 and an internal interphone 4. When the resident is present, the switch 3 is set to presence. Then, the interphone can be used in a regular state. When the resident 5 goes out, the change-over switch 3 is set to absence. Thus, the portable telephone of the resident or the telephone of the visit place is connected with the external interphone 2 by an interphone automatic transfer system 9, and the call can directly be realized between the visitor and the resident.
