Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify constitutions in respective slave devices and to execute data communication in a state where reception timing deviation at a master device is always suppressed to a minimum in an operation state. SOLUTION: In the respective slave devices 1, the delay quantity is temporarily set to almost half of the maximum delay time in transmission data correction signal delay parts 16 with delay correction information on transmission line length from the master device. A transmission side frame timing signal (transmission data transmission start timing) is semi-fixedly generated from a timing generation part 15. Only the delay part 16 is delay-controlled with delay correction information on the fluctuation of a transmission line characteristic from the master device in the subsequent system operation state.
