Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust frequency characteristics of a vibro-isolating mount device. SOLUTION: A vibro-isolating mount M2 is formed by connecting an inner cylinder member comprising a center pipe 21 and a bush 25 and an outer cylinder member comprising a first and a second collar 23, 24 by a first and a second elastic unit 22, 26 sealed with liquid in the inside. A material of the first and the second elastic unit 22, 26 is made different, a low damping material is used in the first elastic unit 22, and high damping material is used in the second elastic unit 26. By using the high damping material in the second elastic unit 26, worsening of a dynamic spring constant is relaxed in a frequency region corresponding to a surging frequency of the second elastic unit 26, transmission of vibration can be reduced.
