Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate calking work by surely positioning a first and a second collar of almost cylindrical shape fitted to each other, in the case of assembling a vibro-isolating mount device by connecting a first and a second subassembly. SOLUTION: In the case of assembling a first subassembly A1 comprising a center pipe 21, first elastic unit 22 and the first collar 23 and a second subassembly A2 comprising the second collar 24, bush 25 and the second elastic unit 26, a periphery of the first collar 23 is fitted from the upward to an internal periphery of the second collar 24, in a condition that a lower end of the first collar 23 is brought into contact with a stepped part 241 of the second collar 24, calking parts a1 , a2 are formed in an upper part of the second collar 24, both the collars 23, 24 are integrally connected.
