PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure, of which members always contact with each other so as to prevent the generation of clearance even at the time of running of a high speed vehicle. SOLUTION: The structure of an outer hood to be installed 10 an upper edge and a right and a left edges opposite to each other in a connection part of a vehicle is provided with rubber blocks respectively having a flat surface A to be installed in an end of a vehicle, a surface B to be formed into the nearly same surface with a side surface of the vehicle and a surface C formed nearly in parallel with the surface A and having the cross section, which is formed thin at a nearly central part of the surface B, and provided with plural separate bag parts, which can form a rubber film in a groove shape side for expansion. At the time of running of the vehicle, air is led into the bag parts for expansion so that the surfaces C contact with each other.
