Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely machine an air outlet hole, and reduce labor for a cleaning by providing a cover which surrounds a plurality of air outlet holes and forms an air stream in the circumferential direction of a turn bar main body. SOLUTION: At a part where a paper is not wound on a turn bar main body 2, a plurality of air outlet holes 3 are provided from one end extending to the other end of the main body 2. Also, at the air outlet hole 3 part on the outer peripheral surface of the main body 2, a support 7 is attached at a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction of the main body 2, and a steel plate cover 8 is attached on the top of the support 7. Then, on both sides of the support 7, the cover 8 extends to the vicinity of the paper wound part of the main body 2 so that the outer peripheral surfaces of the air outlet hole 3 parts of the main body 2 may be covered. An air stream 6 is jetted out from the inside of the main body 2 through the air outlet holes 3, and then, flows in a passage which is formed by the outer peripheral surface of the main body 2 and a side plate 10, in the circumferential direction of the main body 2, and is jetted out to the outside from a slit 12 in the circumferential direction of the main body 2, and lifts the paper 1. |
